Your first session begins with a thorough assessment — Nirali will discuss your history, symptoms, and goals in detail before conducting a physical examination. Treatment often begins in the first session. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated.
Initial assessments are typically 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are 45–60 minutes depending on the treatment plan. All sessions are one-on-one with Nirali.
Yes. The free consultation is a real, one-on-one conversation with Nirali — not a sales call. It's an opportunity to discuss your symptoms, ask questions, and determine whether physiotherapy is right for you.

Service-Specific Questions
Pelvic Health, Vestibular & Specialized Care
A pelvic health assessment begins with a detailed conversation about your symptoms, medical history, and goals. Nirali then performs an external physical assessment and, with full consent and explanation, may perform an internal pelvic floor assessment. Everything is done at your pace, with complete transparency.
Not at all. Nirali provides pelvic health physiotherapy for women, men, and children. Men's pelvic health conditions — such as post-prostatectomy incontinence or chronic pelvic pain — are treated with the same care and expertise.
Vestibular rehabilitation uses specialized assessment techniques — including infrared goggles for nystagmus assessment — to identify and treat disorders of the inner ear and balance system. Treatment involves specific exercises for gaze stabilization, habituation, and progressive balance retraining.
The B-Pulse Chair is a non-invasive medical device that uses electromagnetic technology to activate the pelvic floor muscles. You remain fully clothed throughout the session — there is no internal component of any kind. It is used alongside manual pelvic health physiotherapy for enhanced results.
An FCE is a standardized, comprehensive assessment of your physical ability to perform work-related tasks. It measures strength, endurance, mobility, and functional tolerances — and produces a detailed clinical report suitable for insurers, employers, and return-to-work planning.
