Nirali Mehta is a physiotherapist with extensive experience in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, helping clients recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and return to the activities they love.

She has advanced training in pelvic health for women, men, and children, concussion management for all ages, vestibular therapy, dry needling, and acupuncture.

Nirali takes time to listen carefully, understand the full picture, and guide clients through a recovery process that feels clear, supported, and individualized.

Chaitanya is a dedicated physiotherapist with expertise in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, soft tissue release, and concussion rehabilitation. He focuses on delivering evidence-based care that helps reduce pain, restore movement, and support individuals in achieving their personal health and performance goals.

With additional training in concussion management and acupuncture, he provides a well-rounded, holistic approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. His treatment approach combines hands-on techniques with individualized exercise programs and patient education to promote long-term recovery and injury prevention.

Chaitanya has a strong interest in sports physiotherapy and enjoys working with active individuals and athletes to help them safely return to their sport and perform at their best. His goal is to create a supportive, motivating environment where every client feels confident and empowered throughout their recovery journey.

Krupa is a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist with clinical experience in assessing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Her goal is to help individuals reduce pain, restore movement, and improve their quality of life through evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Her clinical expertise includes musculoskeletal rehabilitation, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, and injury prevention. She also has a special interest in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, supporting individuals with pelvic health concerns, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, pelvic pain, and urinary incontinence.

Committed to continuous learning, Krupa has completed advanced Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy training and continues expanding her skills through acupuncture training. Her approach combines hands-on therapy, individualized exercise programs, and patient education to promote lasting recovery, improved function, and long-term wellness.

Shawn is a Canadian Certified Pedorthist and Registered Kinesiologist with a passion for helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and stay active through personalized lower-limb and foot care.

He specializes in pedorthic care, including custom orthotics, custom bracing, medical-grade compression socks, and custom footwear. His approach focuses on identifying practical, long-term solutions that support each patient’s lifestyle, mobility needs, and treatment goals. As an avid runner and outdoor enthusiast, Shawn understands firsthand the importance of healthy movement and proper lower-body function.

Shawn earned his Pedorthic certification in 2026 after completing a post-degree Diploma in Pedorthics at Western University. His background in movement and rehabilitation began at the University of Windsor, where he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics with Honours in Movement Science. He has also practised as a Registered Kinesiologist since 2018.

Shawn strongly believes in patient education and collaborative care. His goal is to help individuals move more comfortably, prevent injury, and confidently return to the activities they enjoy most.
