About This Service

The Right Equipment Changes Everything

The right mobility aid — properly assessed, prescribed, and fitted — can dramatically improve safety, independence, and quality of life. An incorrect or poorly fitted device, however, can increase fall risk, cause discomfort, and worsen mobility over time.

Nirali Mehta conducts comprehensive mobility assessments that consider your physical abilities, living environment, lifestyle, and long-term goals. She prescribes assistive devices based on clinical evidence and hands-on evaluation — not guesswork.

As an ADP-authorized provider in Ontario, Nirali can also complete the necessary assessments and documentation to support funding applications through the Assistive Devices Program (ADP).
